1/28/2022 0 Comments January 28th, 2022Try it TuesdaysNot only do we play in the kitchen to make food to learn about other cultures, we also try new food each Tuesday. We started the year expanding their taste buds with variety; papaya, dragonfruit, smoked salmon, goat cheeses, and many more. Now we are adding a layer of drawing our food. They are making observations of shapes, light and dark, shadow and value study and these artists are amazing! It’s encouraging to see when all the connections come together and their skills shine. They have ramped up their writing skills from tastings and ranking the food to now they are writing descriptions about their food along with the drawings
